Web CRM,
Not Just Another CRM Tool

Today, the term "web crm" is being used to mean the many methods of managing our customer loyalty, relationships, and our interactions with our customers through email methods.

We've all seen the old tired email capture forms and sent out the prerequisite email newsletter. And in some cases, those can still be effective, but today's email marketing means so much more than this.

If you're not using the many methods that the internet and electronics give you to interact with your customers, to promote and encourage their loyalty and to add a personal touch to your marketing campaigns...

...you're missing the boat in so many ways.

Email marketing is one of the top methods of encouraging loyalty and selling new products to your customers. Some of the ways that this can be done are simply ingenious.

Email campaigns are so much easier than actual snail mail methods, in that your message can reach your target audience in as little as a minute and you can send them far more rapidly, as well as for a far lower cost than you could using more traditional methods of marketing.

In many cases, the cost to send to a customer is nonexistent,

Making this form of web crm the most cost effective, as well as one of the most effective in terms of return on your investment of time and/or money.

Building a relationship with a customer is easy with the right tools. Using web crm to interact with your customers, as well as offline methods such as direct mail, will reinforce the brand recognition, build loyalty, enhance customer service, and promote interaction between customers.

The company who puts a face to their name, and adds a personality to their brand, is the company who will go the furthest in their business.

Given the high level of impersonal service that is rampant today, those who take the time to become more interactive and to inject a level of personality into their email messages, will stand out from the rest.

With email marketing, the goal is to get your message opened and read by your recipients. This can be a challenging task due to the hordes of email that we are bombarded with during the course of a day.

Every email that you send must contain a sense of personality, meaning that it may be a marketing campaign or a mass email message, however, it still should be personally address to your specific customer.

This tip maybe one that goes without saying, but as simple as this is, you would be surprised as to how many companies skip this important step.

Just look at your own inbox, how many anonymously addressed emails do you receive from companies that you patronize?

“I would recommend this program to absolutely anyone because it has definitely created loyalty! There is so much competition in larger cities and when we opened our second location in Burlington, IA we needed to do something to set our bakery apart. I can think off the top of my head at least 15 customers who eat here 4 days a week just because of the card, where as before they would come only once a week. It has really worked well for us and has created a word-of-mouth to where we don’t even have to “sell” it anymore. It has been a win-win for both our business and our customers.”
